The firm was founded in 1963 by Joseph G. Bertroche, Sr. who practices in general practice with an emphasis on commercial and retail collections. Other areas include bankruptcy, insolvency, creditors' rights. probate, corporate law and more. The firm represents a host of credit grantors in both retail and commercial accounts. Significant representations include Chase Manhattan Bank, Cavalry Portfolio Services, US Bank and Bank of America.
